I bet they're going to have a lot of fun on it!Tucker The Crestiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13785899841721617997noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2295314400335672773.post-36432445874448976262011-09-09T20:09:40.663-07:002011-09-09T20:09:40.663-07:00That is one cool cat tree! Maybe they just had a little more play drive than the girls, or maybe they smelled where the girls had been playing, so felt it was more cat okay! :Phoundstoothhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02159272473651561647noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2295314400335672773.post-56047090497061537722011-09-09T17:35:34.278-07:002011-09-09T17:35:34.278-07:00That cat tree is GREAT! Foster when they had a good sale, but I also know how much cheaper it would be to make it. Sadly, I fear it is not within my capabilities. Yours is cool though. I had a cat named Tiger who just adored sissal rope for scratching, but my current three don't care for it as much as carpet and wood.Julia Williamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10980459754456404608noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2295314400335672773.post-87347253576756873722011-09-09T07:29:59.676-07:002011-09-09T07:29:59.676-07:00They most definitively like it. That made me extremely happy.House of Carnivoreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02860492929556303670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2295314400335672773.post-8556447018841949502011-09-09T07:21:16.189-07:002011-09-09T07:21:16.189-07:00Yes, I am with you, Rubie, so relieved that they&#...Yes, I am with you, Rubie, so relieved that they've taken to it. I admit I had images of it being left abandoned and unused, but was fervently hoping otherwise. :)

Anyway, thanks for the compliments, all. Store-bought cat trees ARE far too expensive... all we needed for this one was a few boards, some plywood, carpet remnants, and rope. And what seemed like thousands and thousands of carpet tacks. And carpet adhesive. Still, very inexpensive on materials.

We are going to have to consider our next project. Jeff has also been making a couple of things for the dogs, more updates on that later.House of Carnivoreshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02860492929556303670noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2295314400335672773.post-29088200725815041402011-09-09T07:17:27.689-07:002011-09-09T07:17:27.689-07:00looks great!!
